Any reference to "SoundGlow", "we", "us" or "our" refers to SoundGlow, while "you", "your" or "customer" refers to you as a visitor or user of the Website.

The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase on the Website, and by placing an order through the Website you accept being bound by them. You will not be able to make a purchase on the Website without accepting our terms and conditions.

Please note that our terms and conditions may change over time. You will not receive direct notice of such changes. For this reason, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions before each purchase.


1. Ordering

An order is placed through the Website, and goods can only be purchased if they are available.

In the event of delays, back-orders or sold-out items, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible and explain what we can do — for example refund you, or help you find an equivalent solution.

If a price is obviously incorrect, and you reasonably should have noticed this, we are not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price.

Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day. During periods of high order volume, e.g. around the festival season, delays may occur.

By placing your order you accept being bound by our terms and conditions. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which also contains the terms and conditions. If you have made a mistake during the ordering process, please contact us as soon as possible: this increases the chance that we can correct the error before dispatch.

SoundGlow LED kit is neither manufactured by nor endorsed by SOUNDBOKS A/S. SOUNDBOKS is a registered trademark of SOUNDBOKS A/S, used solely to indicate compatibility.


2. Payment

All payments are due at the time of ordering.

2.1 Payment methods

You can use the following payment methods on the Website:

We do not charge any card fees.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). We do not have access to your full card details.

2.2 Declined payment

If your chosen payment method is declined, your purchase will not be completed and no order will be created.

2.3 Currency and applicable VAT

All prices on the Website are shown in euro (EUR), including 25 % Danish VAT.

2.4 Charging

The amount is charged to your card when the order is confirmed.


3. Discount codes

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes available on the Website cannot be combined or used with other discount codes or offers.

Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards on the Website, if such are offered.


4. Shipping and delivery

4.1 Shipping

When you place an order on the Website, please be aware of the following:

  1. An order placed on a public holiday or weekend will be processed on the following business day.
  2. In the event of force majeure, your delivery may be postponed. This may continue until the force majeure circumstances no longer affect our business operations. We will resume normal operations as soon as possible.
  3. If your order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to make separate shipments. No additional cost is incurred for such deliveries.
  4. In the event of delays, back-orders or sold-out items, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

4.2 Delivery

The products you order will be delivered to the specified delivery address using the chosen shipping method. Shipping is handled by PostNord.

Shipping prices in the EU: shown at checkout based on your country and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery time within the EU: 2–6 business days.

Specific delivery options, delivery times and delivery information are shown during ordering and on your order confirmation.

Please note that when you complete an order and choose your preferred delivery method, you accept that the order is handled and delivered by the chosen carrier in accordance with their procedures. When the carrier considers the parcel delivered or collected, we consider delivery complete.

In the event of damaged and/or lost goods, you are responsible for notifying us. We encourage you to contact customer service at hello@soundglow.dk as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.


5. Force majeure

SoundGlow is not liable for force majeure.


6. Warranty and complaints

6.1 Statutory warranty

Purchases made on the Website are governed by Danish law (Købeloven), regardless of the customer's country of residence. EU consumers also retain any additional rights granted under the consumer law of their country of residence.

This means you have a 24-month statutory warranty period. You must notify us within "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

We aim to respond to your warranty claim within 3 business days.

If your warranty claim is justified, SoundGlow will repair the item, exchange/replace the item, return the defective item and refund the purchase price, or grant you a partial refund/price reduction, at our discretion.

If a return is required as part of processing your claim, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage. Defective items must always be returned in packaging that prevents further damage to the item. We do not accept parcels sent without delivery or COD parcels.

Please note: SoundGlow is a DIY kit installed by the customer in a SOUNDBOKS speaker. The warranty covers defects in the kit itself, but not damage to your SOUNDBOKS caused by incorrect installation. Follow the installation guide at soundglow.eu/install carefully.

6.2 Complaint options

If you, as a consumer, wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact us at hello@soundglow.dk.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board:

To file a complaint, the goods or service complained about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can file a complaint with the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.


7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a thirty (30) day right of withdrawal when shopping with us — better than the 14 days mandated by EU law.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of multiple lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last lot or last part.

The deadline means you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Send a brief email to hello@soundglow.dk including your order number — that's enough.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without simultaneously notifying us.

7.1 Condition of the goods — full refund

To receive the full purchase amount upon return, you may try the goods, but you may not put them into use. They must show no signs of use, must be returned in original packaging, and all physical labels must be attached, in order to be considered new and unused.

In practice this means: open the parcel, inspect the contents, and try the lighting effects without installing the kit in your SOUNDBOKS. If you have installed the kit and used it, the item can no longer be considered new.

7.2 Diminished value and return damage

After you have received the goods from us, you are responsible for any diminished value or damage to the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns of items that are not "new"/"unused" as described above may result in a deduction in value based on the condition of the returned item upon receipt at our warehouse. Any item returned without original packaging or labels, or that has been tried beyond what is reasonable and necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, will be considered used. This means that on return, only part of or none of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the commercial resale value of the item.

7.3 Refund method

If you withdraw from your order in accordance with the above, you will receive a full or partial refund of the purchase price including shipping costs (this does not apply to additional shipping costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

We refund within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. Once the refund is issued, it will be credited via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

You have 14 days to send the goods back from the time you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You bear the cost of return shipping.

8. Returns and exchanges

8.1 Packing your returns

When you return goods, please ensure they are properly and securely packed to avoid further damage during return shipping. We recommend you return the goods in the original packaging. Please include the order number.

8.2 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different variant (e.g. from SB3 kit to SB4 kit), please first return the original item in accordance with §7, after which you can place a new order for the desired variant.


9. SoundGlow's liability

We are liable in accordance with Danish law.

SoundGlow is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, business interruption or other consequential losses, beyond what is required by mandatory consumer law.

Use of the SoundGlow kit is at your own risk. Self-installation may in rare cases affect your SOUNDBOKS — follow the installation guide at soundglow.eu/install carefully. SoundGlow cannot be held liable for damage to SOUNDBOKS speakers resulting from incorrect installation.

Your data security is important to us. By using the Website you understand and accept that SoundGlow may process and collect personal information from you in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy and any applicable European law regulating or restricting the collection of personal information online.
